Free shipping on orders over $100, Australia wide. We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are posted within 2 to 3 business days.
Changed your mind?
We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but we're happy to swap. Get in touch within 14 days of your order arriving and we'll help you choose something else. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. You cover the postage both ways.
Something wrong with your order?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us at hello@pg2collage.studio with a photo within 14 days. We'll replace it or refund you, and we'll cover the postage.
A note on handmade kits
Every kit is put together by hand, so no two are exactly the same. Photos are a guide only. Small differences aren't a fault, they're part of the charm.
These terms don't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
